We lost a great person that showed a passion for the ocean.

Last night, i could not sleep so i sat and went though his website and watched some of his great video. A true loss - he was passionate.

I've always thought he had the best fishing show out there. Then, I met him for the first time at the Miami Boat Show and talked to him for 20 mins. What a cool guy! Sad to hear.

He was one of the best. His ability to teach WITHOUT sermonizing was wonderful.
In all my seminars, Jose, I always thought "how did you do it"? I'll miss you jose. You were a GREAT TEACHER.
The "other" tv fisherman should take a lesson from his shows. I loved his taking out sick kids and showing them a SUPER TIME.
Jose, you will be sorely missed.
My thoughts and prayers to your family. I hope it gets easyer for them.

Jose was the only hardcore fisherman to host TV fishing shows... Jose was as "REAL"as it gets.
