$800 more than the Nikon D4, for 2 megapixels more.
I do understand the D1x has faster burst rate and has super fast focus so it is a great gun for the sports or BIF shooter.
Also, I have not seen a comparison of the video from the D4 and the D1x. With Canon having better history with video theirs is likely better but the video I have seen off the D4 is damn good. But, few on this forum are interested in video.
The new Canon 1DX looks amazing not only in looks but also in specification.
