going through different countys to fish

i fish out of chokoloskee regularly which is in collier county and very close to the monroe county line. gag groupers open up may 1st in monroe county. if i were to catch a gag in monroe county but bring it back to collier county [i would be in my boat] would i get in any kind of trouble.

If you dont stop to fish on the way back to the ramp you should be ok, dont stop to fish where they are closed cause they will say you caught it there.
