    bonfire on beach

    Not sure if you can or not,but staying at New Symrna for the week.I will be there the last week of june,going to fish offshore and wanted to know if you can make a bonfire on beach at night.

    I think only in california its legal, and up north East United states as well. That includes fireworks too :/

    call the city,ask them if there is a permit. you never know .15 years ago there was permitting,indianlantic? $25.00 at the time.but uou don't know till you ask about permits.

    You can still get a permit to have one in Satellite beach... My buddy got one a few weeks ago.

    They have rings you can reserve in NSB, but not during turtle season...

    It gets depressing to see Florida turn the way it is now. In the 70s there wasn't a problem camping on the beach with your dogs and 3 wheelers. Not any more!
