wanted: ocean kayak fishermen near melbourne beach

Looking for somoene who kayak fishes off the beach near the town of melbourne beach. I've done it myself but there is definately something to be said for having someone else out there with you and having somone to help you get the kayak back to the truck. Getting excited for cobia season and then kings and tarpon not to long after.

I've wanted to try kayak fishing off the beach for a long, long while, but I'm scared to death of it. If you guys get something set up, and don't mind teaching a noobie how to do it, lemme know when and where.

Its really not as scary as it seems. No monster sharks following you around waiting for you to fall out. The buddy system is never a bad idea though. We went out a bunch last year and caught a ton of sharks. Also got a 100+ pound Tarpon that dragged me a few miles out. Its allot of work fighting fish that big from a yak. Im going to try to get some of the better photos on my site very soon.
