out of redfish pass 3/14/12 short run 15 miles
Crew of four for a short run to bend a rod to try some new spot i was given..Seas 2to4 north east, tough to anchor and get the chum running right direction seas and tide opposite direction..slow action a few grunt red shorts..moved out to 65 ft to a number i was given..Took about a hour to bring some fish in nice porgys banded rudder fish, grouper, a screamer we never saw..Ran back in to one of my old numbers that i have not fished in a couple of years..Set out chum start to pick up nice size lanes then large grunts,it was steady.. time to head in. Plenty of fish to fry.

Another great day on the water..Next time i will hit my old number first. Water temp was 72.
