Went out of Ponce Inlet today at sun up. Heading out to 70 to 90ft in search of snapper. Didn't find many, found tons of sea bass and grunts. Did get one nice red snapper that may hit the grill on of these days... just not today & a suicidal cobia. It would not eat a jig, live bait, squid.... but it sat at the side of the boat and drove me nuts. Finally it hit my jig after 10 min of trying and we got it in the boat! Picked up some bonita busting on mullet outside the inlet on the way back in.... all and all a good day.
