I do my a little different, but will try you recipe next time.
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Thai Sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons of Siracha- Less or more depending on level of heat desired-
Dip shrimp in egg wash, coat in corntarch, and fry
Combine shrimp with sauce in a glass bowl.
your is the same minus the lemon and vinegar.
AND, directions on how to cook the shrimp (which I thought funny you left out...lol)

Cooked this twice, both times good but best was second time when I cut the mayo in half.
I did it the lazy way and used a box of popcorn shrimp I had in the freezer.
