That's between you, the dealer you work for, and the local sales rep. Nothing that is run through corporate.

Is there any way I can contact our sales rep? I don't think we actually have one come to our store (DICK's Sporting Goods) and non of my corporate/HR know of a Penn Rep. Any idea on how I can find an email/phone number for one?

I have a spinfisher 8500v that has a smooth scratching sound when turning handle. Took spool off and same sound. Any ideas what is the issue?

Difficult to say without actually being able to see/hear the reel. If you have done the usual [internal cleaning, re-lubing] it may need to be sent in. If still under warranty [less than a year old], send direct to PENN per the website instructions, or you can also check the site for a servicing dealer near you if past the warranty period. Even if past warranty, you can still send it direct to PENN, but there may be a charge depending on the cause.
