Need Recs on fun place in Cocoa for drinks/dinner!

We will be staying on the ocean in Cocoa Beach in two weeks for a few nights and would love any Recs for some fun places for some drinks and dinner. Waterfront is a huge plus and a fun atmosphere is more important than 'fine dining'.

We'll be a block north of the pier at the end on Meade Ave. Is the pier any fun?

    Thanks in advance!

I used to work up that way but haven't been there in a while. I'm not sure if any new "hot" spots opened but here are a few that used to be pretty good.

    Cocoa Beach
Coconuts on the Beach, Drinks and food.
    The Fat Snook, Good eats
Long Doggers, A little bit of everything
Sand Bar Grill, Mexican, American , Seafood, Pub

Port Canaveral - The Port is just north of Cocoa Beach
Grills Seafood and Tiki Bar, American, Caribbean, Seafood, Bar (on the Water)
Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill, American, Seafood. Bar
Rusty's Seafood and Oyster Bar, Seafood, Soups, Bar (on the water)
Milliken's Reef, American, Seafood, Bar good views
Kelsey's Pizzeria and Restaurant, (Cape Canaveral) Italian Great Salads.

I'm not sure of the current status of the Cocoa Beach Pier. It seems to have its ups and downs. I'm not sure what they have going on the pier now. There are plenty of other good bars and places to eat. These are just a few that come to mind. You can probably look them all up on line to get their addresses and a better description.

    Hope this helps.

Everything above and add Squid lips on the river for the best sunsets in Cocoa beach.

    Ditto on the above.
    The Port to bar hop.
    Some restaurants better than others.
    Most have live music.
Check out the scene & catches at sunrise Marina
The ramp and take a stroll at jetty park.

    TacoCity has been there forever.
    And close by.

    Sand Bar a must.

Then plenty of options between the Port and Patrick AFB.

    Have fun.

When we lived in Orlando we used to drive to the large boat ramp at Canaveral. There was a bar there and we'd have a beer and look down on the guys coming back in and loading their boats on their trailers! Needless to say, it was 'entertaining' at the least!

Yes, that bar had plenty of those " entertaining " moments.
I think they should have moved the bar next to the new ramp.
