Artificial Reefs Being Updated Nationwide
Over the last couple weeks Navionics has added artificial reef locations in several states, further enhancing fishing opportunities from the Atlantic to the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific. Below is a list of states whose artificial reefs have been added to both the apps and the plug and play chips. I will continue to update this list as it grows, I just wanted a central spot for the entire list to live.
You will need to update your card or your app (download the map in that region again) if you haven't updated since the reefs were released in your area.
Southern California, Georgia, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, New York.
As of 4/4/17 -- 1500 fish attractors in 34 lakes in Kentucky.

Is it just locations of the reefs or does it tell you exactly what and how much was sunk to create them?
It will tell you the locations, depths and type of structure sunk to create that reef. In many cases, it will tell you the profile of the structure, just to give you an idea of what you would be fishing. Here is a screenshot from one off of Georgia. You can see it gives you an idea of what is down there and, additionally, if you click on each of those fish symbols, it will tell what that particular part of the reef is.
