    Lots of reds!

Haven't posted on here in awhile so thought I'd contribute. The past 2 days, I've hit up barrier islands in the ICW in my kayak looking for reds and gator trout. Didn't catch any real gators but got lots and lots of redfish all on topwater, z man paddlerz, and manic shrimp.

Caught a lot of reds on the manic shrimp today

    All fish released.

Not Ft. Pierce. I'm pretty sure that I recognize the greenery and bridge in the pictures. And on the 2nd or 3rd (the post was on the 4th) from my office window, I saw a kayak staked out with a white pole in that area. Unfortunately, with a very low tide yesterday and a boat that draws a little more than a kayak, I didn't try that spot myself in the short time I had available. It has been an inconsistent hole for me for a few years, but seems to be improving the last few times I've tried......no reds, but a few gators. Looks like I need to work it a little differently.

    Good job, abm5926.
