This week-end we fished off Boynton, and trolled, kite fished and some bottom fishing.
Ran out to 600+Friday AM, and it was CLEAN and COBALT BLUE in 300' but dirty edge in 600+???:huh
Trolled around, and wasted a few hours before we had enough wind for kite.
Within 15 minutes of setting up, we have a BOMB on long kite bait. Get him up, solid Blackfin in the box. As this is going on the flatline gets SMOKED by a 30lb class Blackfin! He goes in the box as the other kite bait goes off! It was GREAT team was stoked. Head back out for a few hours Saturday.
First bite is on a pilchard on Flatline, BLACKFIN. These guys LOVE sushi & tuna steaks.
Josh's Dad was working bottom rod & scored a nice king & 17.5" mutton. Josh had a HEART breaker when he puled the hook on a GIANT BFT!! Had some more king bites, bonita bites etc. All in all a great time was had by all, and I appreciate the work from the bottom of my heart. :angel Here are some pics
