i dont care what you say... deep fried is the best....
throw on a little buffalo sauce and they are even better....
i just made myself sick on these...

    cut them
    bread them in the following: (no need for an egg wash)
    Flour
    corn starch
    pepper
    lawry's
    paprika
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    lots of pepper

    deep fry like a chicken wing.
    toss in your favorite wing sauce.

    or eat them plain, it doesnt matter....

    its custom made out of stainless steel... 2-3 gallons for that pan...
