Nice Holt! Our 650 off Cudjoe has been like a desert the past few days. In fact, not just 650 feet... :banghead

It was pretty sweet! Weedline was right where it should be...picked up one peanut on a jethead, stopped to reset and they were all around us. Dropped cut hoos on spin gear and cleaned up. The high sun put them down around 1030 but we managed a couple more keepers by hitting the thick part of the weeds before we quit around 1230. Had a 40# bull swimming around the boat looking for bait with no hook in it...that's how he got to be 40#!

We must have been on the same weedline, we started trolling the thicker spots and were in them in no time, put a 40 lb Bull in the boat, had a cow with it but got into the weeds and couldn't get a bait to her. Had another Bull about the same size hook up on a spinning rod with a chunked hoo, but broke him off. We ended up with 31 dolphin on Monday. Tuesday was a little tougher until we found a floating log that was loaded with gaffers, boated 19 on that log. Waiting for the wind to lay now and gonna give it another try.

Hobie I was wondering if one of the other boats we saw was you. I spoke to a guy in a aqua colored center console that was near us doing well. We would have been hard to miss with the 4 teenagers running all over the boat. Wind killed us yesterday too but managed to snag a few beeliners and rd grouper off a patch reef. Looks like I'm gonna haul her out today.
