E$ & Team Pairadox has an EPIC day 3/30/12 (lots of pics, LARGE Gaffers and Hoos)

Was blessed to get booked for an over-night trip to West End with Team Pairadox.
We had Captain Mike, Kenny D, Gavin, and E$ "in the house". We met up 2 days prior to departure to review gear & formulate a game plan. Mike has a gorgeous 31 Jupiter w 300 Suzukis. rode like a
champ! It was awesome to meet and fish with such a cool group of guys & we were AMPED to get them on some fish. Shoved off about 7:00 AM from SLI, got checked in and
magic and comedy started happening. "IE slap chop you're gonna love my nutz" :grin

I see a weedline, and a frigate, and we get "in the zone". Deploy one moldcraft, bally, deploy 2, look back ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Double header fins. One is about 25lbs one about 8. Box the biggger one and as we reel in the "schoolie" 2 MONSTER (35lb) bulls swim up BOATSIDE and lit up
(one had a go at the lil dolphin!) Mike pitches a live pilchard, and we watch big bull WOOF said bait
on LITE spin tackle 2' from the boat. OMG :hail

I flip a mullet on a 6500, and bull #2 is in the air. We had a tough battle on lite gear but gaffed em both and reset. Here we go again 30 something STUD bull woofs down the blue /white islander. This time we beefed up the gear to TLD50's and fish STILL puts up a major tussle. We were ON FIRE and the hits just kept coming!

I asked the team if they are down to try for a hoo? Does a bear ___ in the woods?:grin
This is where lady luck SHINES once again. Deploy first bait, set drag, deply second bait OMG ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Wahoo hooked up on Mikes new Accurate:thumbsup Gavin is in good shape, and still had an awesome battle, 1st hoo in the box

We gaff fish and attempt to reset, not yet on a plane and ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ again on the accurate!:hail. Now it's Mike's turn, and he winched up a solid hoo,and we have "popped" 2 wahoo cherries in 20 minutes, and it's 11:00 AM!! We decided NOT to be greedy, and quit while we were ahead.Wanted to save some fish for the rest of you guys! Not bragging, but felt good to be "high hook" amongst a large fleet of multi million $$ sport fish boats at OBB.:hail

We go back to West End, get some fuel, and deep drop a bit for little queen, and shark.
Wake up Saturday and it's blowing, so we modified game plan to make our way home. 25 miles off, i see a slick and say "this is worth 5 minutes".:grin Yep, you guessed it, deploy 1st chugger, deploy
second, 25lb class bull in the air (after I dropped back twice) Third time is a charm, and we are just rolling 7's at the "fish casino".

We had a blast and did a cool "tackle seminar" at end of day. "Give a man a fish" ...:)
Have some cool pics to share. Thanks guys so much for the awesome shirt, and your business.
Please keep me in mind for future trips, and I'm also looking for "a few good men" who also want / appreciate a knowledgeable guide to cut down learning curve.

Gavin got a nice lil fin on flat while deep dropping

Kenny D has the right idea here!

Sick report as always e-money :hail I swear you must be part fish the way you find em :thumbsup

We were in West End over the weekend as well and it was sloppy as he!!. We definitely had high hook on the Cudas, couldn't get out of them. Even out deep. Must of caught 20+. Pretty sure we jumped a White one up off White Sands. Paul had a couple real productive diving sessions that provided us with some good eats :) Moderate success on the Yellow Eyes and jigging some grouper.

Keep up the great reports. :thumbsup
