Monoxied's Bang Bang shrimp

whats up guys my friend gave me this recipe that he got that he says is very close to the bang bang shrimp at bonefish. i made it and it is very close. try it and let me know what you think.

Delicious hot huy fong foods inc.
Tuong ot toi vietnam
Chili garlic sauce 3 cups
Mae ploy sweet chilli sauce 1 cup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 gal mayonnaise
Combine mayo, chili garlic sauce, white vinegar, chili sauce, and minute maid lemon juice in bowl and mix together thoroughly. Combine 7oz crispy fried shrimp and 1 – 2 cups of bang bang sauce and toss coating shrimp evenly, once coated plate on a bed of lettuce topped with a sprinkle of chopped green onions. Enjoy your very own Bang Bang shrimp in the privacy of your own home. Bon appetit

    lol. it makes a gallon of sauce but you can cut it down to 1 qt or what ever you need.

    i made this again tonight on a small scale and it came out very good. not enough spice for me tho. i will post the smaller version later.

    Mae ploy sweet chilli sauce 1/4 cup (to taste may want spicier or what have you.)
    1tbs white vinegar
    2 tbs minute maid lemon juice
    1 qt mayonaise

    I do my a little different, but will try you recipe next time.
    1lb shrimp
    1/2 Cup Mayo
    1/4 Cup Thai Sweet chili sauce
    3 tablespoons of Siracha- Less or more depending on level of heat desired-

    Dip shrimp in egg wash, coat in corntarch, and fry
    Combine shrimp with sauce in a glass bowl.

    Cooked this twice, both times good but best was second time when I cut the mayo in half.

    I did it the lazy way and used a box of popcorn shrimp I had in the freezer.
