Tsunami introduced their very successful line of pliers about a year ago and to date we have sold over 150 of them with just two returns. Not a bad ratio when it comes to fishing pliers. Very nice basic plier that is suitable for the beginning to advanced angler. We use these weekly as a secondary pair and have no complains.

Boomerang is relatively new to the game and has just introduced their all new for 2013 plier which is available in three sizes. Don’t consider any other pliers from this manufacture other than the version we sell. Only the “Grip” model is worth considering. These are outstanding in my opinion and I’d rank them just above the Tsunami.
