Thanks FS, Big Snook
After reading the article on seawall snook saltwater assasin and I decided to try our luck and work some seawalls in Stuart. We started the day with the last drizzle of the outgoing tide. This morning I decided that I would throw a Black and Gold top dog. While still trying to perfect my walk the dog I was able to hook up with one snook before the tide went slack. As the article stated when the water isn't moving the fish are not biting. The big gal inhaled my lure about 10 feet in front of my kayak and then lazily let herself get dragged to the yak. Now I am thinking to myself I have caught my biggest snook ever and she ain't even gonna put up a fight. I was wrong though once the snook saw the kayak it was tug-o-war time the head shakes were truly a thing of beauty every time she came out of the water. Once I landed and then revived her all I could think is how this would not have been possible had it not been for FS and the in-depth articles they provide to help guys like me catch fish of a lifetime.
