It's still early for the weekend. :crossed

Besides, before you know it it will be 93 with 88% humidity and not a breath of wind.

If I plan on going, count on it blowing with 3-4' seas

If I change my mind Saturday at 6 am, it will lay down smooth

It's getting absurd. You guys should plan on going next Saturday--it's my daughter's fourth birthday so the weather will be perfect.

I like the wind. Driving my boat into a 20 knot headwind is the only time it feels fast. :grin

Yes rough but certainly doable, 3-5 not so much. Getting too old for that, and no fun at all.

In NOAA terms, 2-3 means 3-5

No, Heller hasn't found a Dr. that will accept bait as payment for services rendered.
Heller's brother bailed, too. He doesn't like the weather, either.

I took Friday off because there has to be at least one good day between then and Sunday. You'd think past experience would temper my optimism, but I’m still sharpening hooks. And looking for a 6’ black Aftco gaff with a 3 inch hook – any idea who would have one in the Tampa area?

Where did you get that weather report? I haven't seen a report for the upcoming week that looks anything like that. The reports I have seen, have it shaping up to be a pretty nice weekend.
