Check out this monster Pacu caught behind my buddies house down south.

This Pacu is bigger than the current IGFA world record of 44 or 46 pounds caught in Margate/Tamrac. Worst part about it was that the **** rafter ate it!
The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

    1st the Pacu, next it'll be the coots! Looks like they already got the Muscovy ducks! Probably caught it in a cast net.

    there are a few pacu in my neighborhood. They showed themselves for two consecutive summers, but did not see them this past summer. They are eager bread eaters. Hooked up to them 5 times and each time lost them before landing. Figured I would break out a saltwater reel this past summer and finally land one, and they never showed. Still have yet to land one….they look to be in the 15 10-15 lb range. They fight like a saltwater fish and do not give up.
