Kayak, Pier, and Beach 7/2 - 7/4

[Red Fish]

We fished a couple of mornings over the weekend and caught alot of kings, reds, and bonita. Had some run ins with some tarpon but they were not willing to eat. I am going to keep another rod rigged with some flourocarbon and a 6/0 Owner rigged for pitching a live bait.

Biggest king went 21 lbs but most were in the 12 - 15 lb range. Had a few reds that probably would of measured but most were not even close.

Kept 2 kings all others were released to fight another day.

Great report. Glad to see decent sized kings. Man look at that water. I would have really welcomed that kind of sea last week!
