caught this 24inch red snapper on a live cigar minnow on the 3 barges which is about 2.3 miles offshore from my kayak.

Ha ha! Been a long time since I heard of good ol chickenbone beach!
Very cool catch and trip, I'm sure. Is Pickens fully functional again (pier, road, etc.)? I used to love fishing out there off the point when I lived there. Next time I head up that way I want to bring my kayak out there, maybe spend a few days in the park.
