Went Tarpon fishing with Midnightstriker and his buddy Justin. Motored south along the beach stopping at bait pods when we saw tarpon rolling and eventually ended up just North of Mel. Beach.
We hooked up two nice size tarpon but they both spit the hook early in the fight. The day wasn't a complete loss as Justin boated this big ole Bull red off Indialantic using a pogie for bait.
All in all it was a great day on the water and I'm slowly honing my Tarpon skills under MNS's expert tutelage :Rockon
