Another Red.

The afternoon before last was so good, I had to try it again. I got home yesterday about 5:00 and threw the kayak in the truck and went to the same spot again.
The big fish seemed to have lockjaw, but I caught three small reds, then one that was a little over 18". I started to keep him, but he was kind of thin, so I released him and kept fishing.
It paid off. Just before time to leave, I hooked into and landed a 26.5" red. I took him home, but by the time I was done cleaning the fish, the kayak and myself; I didn't feel like frying him up. I put him in the freezer and will eat him later.
Another fun afternoon trip.

In the Freezer....Really??? Nothing better than fresh fish...just saying but all in all nice catch'em up on the red and way to go on the release of the thin one...it obviously paid off. Thx for sharing good report and pics.
