Launched out of Lynn Have at 6AM and headed for the pass and 12 miles out to a bridgespan. Started out slow, then caught one 19" Red Snapper, next came a 30 pound Cobia on a flat line, then 23 Fat Beeliners, one Mangrove Snapper, one 18 inch Scamp and then a 40 pound King. Problem was it was 1130AM and there wasn't any where to put the King. The cooler was full up and after a quick vote between the three of us we pulled anchor and headed in. Only the second time in my 27 years of fishing locallly that I had to quit due to fish overload. It doesn't get much better than that and my son who's had more than his share of serious medical problems had a great day. Added King and Cobia to my Fathers day cook out and three families ended up taking king steaks home to cook later. Some days life is really, really good, what a weekend.
