Hey everyone. I usually have all the crew I can handle when recreational fishing but I have recently run into a problem. I charter fish as a hobby and my mates have been busy with work lately due to my trips occuring during the week. I am looking for a couple more "buddies" that are capable of running the cockpit. I bottom fish from 35 to 50 miles out all year and target palegics during the spring. I average 3 trips per month and guarantee the mate a 100 bucks. Usual tips are 150-300 bucks.
