A little late with the report but figured Id share it anyways. Met up with a friend of mine at 3am last Monday morning and headed down to Sebastian Inlet. Got bait, mostly ~3" mullet, and headed to the South Jetty. Bait was getting busted like crazy, sounded like there were some big snook hitting but we were only getting ladyfish, but they were big ones! Id say around 24" or so. The mullet were THICK about 830 and getting slammed. We ended up pulling a pair of 24" reds out of there and then moved to the north side for some snapper fishing. First throw of the net and we had 50 3" mullet, and everyone we talked to said, "the snapper dont want those". We tried it out anyways and they didnt seem to mind em! We pulled out 3 14" mangos and were done around 1130. We walked out on the north jetty for a while and saw red after red being pulled up, with only one over slot. A guy we talked to said him and his buddy had got 25-30 in a few hours there.

I like using large mullet heads. The smaller ones leave it alone, plus you might nail a gag using one
