Flying Snook 8/15/11 Ft. Pierce

"Hows it going guys. I just moved to Fort Pierce Sunday from Ocala. I use to post in the Big Bend Forum so I thought i'd continue to post here. But any ways I was lucky enough to run into some amazing fishing rite away. I found some local spots about 10 minutes away from my dorms (I'm swimming at Indian River/IRSC). Found the rite bait to use and got right on the snook. I was amazed when I first found this spot, the snook were literally flying out of the water in schools, blasting huge clouds of glass minnows and pilchards, as well as a few fly's . I was actually getting out fished with live bait from the fly's! Here is what me and my buddy caught. Enjoy"

That whole area from Ft Pierce to Vero inside and out is a great area to catch snook, redfish, and a whole bunch of other fish - spent a number of years doing that and saw a lot of interesting things.
