8/12-814 Southern Brevard IRL

Ran offshore Friday morning to get my seabass dinner before the weather grew. Caught my limit plus a few rare ARS -all on 1oz curly tail jigs. On the way back I caught a few dozen threadfin & sardines from the many offshore baitpods & was at the North jetty at Sebastian by 11AM with the fresh livebait. It was blazing hot & the tide was smoking outgoing. A forum friend (flyguy1) was there too & we both caught a few nice snook & a red flipping live whitebait & croakers just out of range of (most of) the jetty crew:

Then we hit some IRL creeks late Sunday for some evening tarpon & caught this nice 30" fish:

The tarpon we caught were all small, 7-15 lbs. also on livebait. Someone asked my buddy to take some pics while getting the DNA samples -these may show up in some FWC pub on how to collect a DNA sample.

Very Nice! Love that pinstripe on your boat and that last pic is awesome. That fish is like a mirror.
